DiGiCo Quantum 112 support

DiGiCo Quantum 112 is now a public desk in load·in, not a beta.

It has its own factory template and a physical-desk corpus built from real captures, rather than riding another DiGiCo family's file as a stand-in.

What load·in actually reads and writes for Quantum 112, field by field, is on its console page, not here — this post is just the announcement that the desk exists.
