Yamaha DM5 support

load·in adds the Yamaha DM5 and DM5 Compact.

Bring a DM5 show file in and the input list fills from the desk's own channels. Export goes back out as a DM5 file. We checked our exports in Yamaha's DM Editor 2.0: it opens them with the channel names intact.

Along the way we found that DM Editor 2.0 also changed how DM7 files are saved, and fixed load·in so DM7 shows saved with the new editor import with every channel.

DM5 support comes with the next web update and with load·in 1.6.0 on iPhone and iPad. As with every desk, the export screen shows exactly what the file carries, and it is worth opening an exported file in the editor or on the desk before a show. We add desks in regular updates; the Yamaha TF came in 1.5.9.
