Yamaha TF support

Yamaha TF1, TF3, TF5, and TF-Rack are now supported in load·in, shipped with 1.5.9.

Bring an existing TF project file in and send one back out. The round trip is checked against files TF Editor itself saves, not just against load·in's own reader.
