Import a native .dm3f, review supported channel settings in the Strip, and export a patched copy. The preview identifies every field load·in can write and every field it preserves.
.dm3f is the DM3/DM3S scene file used by Yamaha DM3 Editor and the desk. load·in works against the native scene container, preserving unedited data while applying only the bounded fields represented in the export preview.
Import a .dm3f and load·in pulls channel names plus supported filter, EQ, gate, comp, fader, mute, pan and Aux state into the project. One-knob and unfamiliar processing layouts remain preserved rather than being rewritten speculatively.
load·in patches supported channel-owned fields and preserves the rest of the imported scene. Same-format channel moves carry the supported strip record and remap verified sidechain references; an unsupported reference or processing layout refuses the write rather than silently landing on the wrong channel.
Yamaha DM3 Editor 3.0.0 opened load·in's exports without a format or load error. Two cases were run on 2026-07-29 — a fresh standard-strip export and a same-format channel relocation — and the exact output hashes are recorded alongside the result. That is editor acceptance for those two cases. It is not console-firmware certification, and it says nothing about cases outside those two. Check yours on the desk you're using.
