Delete your account
You can delete your load·in account at any time — from inside the app (Files tab → your email → Delete account) or here on the web.
What gets deleted, immediately
- Your account, and the email address on it.
- Every stage plot you saved to the cloud.
- Your place on our product-update list.
What we keep, and why
If you bought Pro, the purchase record is retained for legal and tax reasons, including the email address on the receipt — we're required to keep billing records, and it's also how we restore your license if you come back. It's keyed to the license, not to the account you just deleted. load·in Pro is a one-time purchase, so there's no subscription to cancel. If you want a refund, see our refund policy.
Two other things are stored outside your account and are not removed by this: any diagnostic capture you chose to submit, and any share link you created. Revoke share links in the app. For captures, email goforshowio@gmail.com and we'll delete them.
Request deletion by email code
Enter your account email. We'll send a 6-digit code to confirm it's you, then delete everything above.
