Console File Expectations
load·in is built to create reliable new files from the app and to preserve verified channel identity data on supported import/export round-trips. Third-party console files can still vary by desk model, editor version, firmware, and manufacturer changes, so imported files should be checked in the official editor or on the target console before show use.

What To Include
- Which app you are using: load·in, gain·stage, or change·over.
- Your device and OS version, such as iPadOS or iOS version.
- The action that failed, including any error message.
- For console files, the console family and file type. Do not send confidential show files unless support asks for them.
- For purchase issues, include the purchase platform and any receipt or order details you have.
Purchases And Restore
On iPhone and iPad, load·in Pro is purchased through Apple in-app purchase. Use Restore purchases in the Files/Pro area if you already bought Pro with your Apple ID.
For web/PWA billing or account recovery, email support and include the purchase email address if available.
