Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2026

Refunds: load·in Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription, renewal, or recurring charge. Bought on iOS? Apple handles refund requests. Bought on the web? Email us within 30 days for a full refund under this policy.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We built go·for·show tools for touring professionals, and we stand behind the product. If Pro doesn't work for you, we'll do what we can to make it right within the rules of the platform you bought it on.

2. Where You Bought Matters

Pro is sold in two places: directly through the App Store on iOS (Apple-managed) and through Stripe on the web (we manage). Both are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and nothing renews. The refund process is different for each.

2.1 iOS purchases — handled by Apple

If you purchased inside the iOS app (load·in, gain·stage, or change·over), Apple handles billing and refunds. We can't issue iOS refunds directly — that's Apple's rule.

To request an iOS refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com in any browser, or
  2. On your device: Settings → [your name] → App Store → Purchase History → find the go·for·show purchase → Report a Problem, or
  3. Email Apple Support directly.

Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours. Their policies are here.

If Apple denies your request and you believe you have a legitimate technical issue with the product, email goforshowio@gmail.com — we'll do what we can.

2.2 Web purchases — 30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you purchased through goforshow.io (via Stripe), you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a full refund for any reason — no questions asked.

To request a web refund:

  1. Email goforshowio@gmail.com from the address used for the purchase.
  2. Include the email address used for purchase.
  3. Optional: tell us what went wrong (helps us improve).

We respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds process through Stripe within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

2.3 What happens after a refund

3. Refunds Outside the 30-Day Window

After your initial 30-day window, purchases are final. Because load·in Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, there's no partial term or renewal to consider — once past 30 days, refunds are handled case-by-case under Section 3.1 rather than as a standing right.

3.1 We may still issue refunds for:

3.2 We generally don't refund for:

Email goforshowio@gmail.com with details and we'll review your case.

4. No Recurring Charges

load·in Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel — your purchase does not repeat and you will not be charged again for it.

5. Promo / Comp / Free Access

If you got Pro through a promo, comp, beta program, or partnership, no refund applies because no payment was made.

Comp access may be revoked at our discretion if misused or in violation of our terms.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes (web only)

This section applies to web purchases only. For iOS, chargebacks go through Apple — not us.

6.1 Contact Us First

If you're considering filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a web purchase, please contact us first at goforshowio@gmail.com.

Chargebacks are expensive for small businesses and damage our relationship with payment processors. We're reasonable people — if you have an issue, we'll work with you to resolve it.

6.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

To be clear: this is about bad-faith disputes, not about you exercising a right. None of it applies where you are validly exercising a statutory or contractual right — a refund request under §2.2, a withdrawal right under §11, or a genuine billing error. If a chargeback turns out to have been justified, we will restore your license and there is nothing to ban.

If you file a chargeback after we've already issued a refund, we will report it as fraud to Stripe and your bank.

7. Currency and Exchange Rates

All purchases are processed in USD through Stripe. If your bank charged you in a different currency, the refund will be issued in USD at the current exchange rate.

We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or fluctuations in exchange rates between purchase and refund.

8. Taxes and Fees

If you were charged sales tax, VAT, or other government-mandated fees, those will be refunded along with the purchase price.

We are not responsible for bank fees, international transaction fees, or other third-party charges imposed by your payment provider.

9. Service Credits

We do not currently offer service credits or exchanges. Refunds are issued as a return to your original payment method only.

In the future, if we introduce multiple paid products, we may offer credits toward other go·for·show tools.

10. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Your refund eligibility is determined by the policy in effect at the time of your purchase. If we make the policy less generous, you are still covered by the policy that existed when you bought.

11. Your Statutory Rights as a Consumer

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing, you agree to both documents. Nothing in either document reduces a right your own country's law gives you. Where a statutory right is better than this policy, use the statutory right.

11.1 EU and EEA — your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). You can lose that right if you asked for the download to start immediately and acknowledged that you would lose it — which is how most digital purchases work.

You do not need to worry about which of those applies to you. Our own policy gives you 30 days, for any reason, no questions asked — more than the statutory 14 days and without the immediate-performance exception. Email goforshowio@gmail.com within 30 days and you get your money back. If you would rather exercise the statutory right formally, say so in the same email and we will treat it as a withdrawal notice.

You also have statutory rights, separate from withdrawal, if the digital content is faulty or not as described, under the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770 — including having it brought into conformity, or a price reduction or refund. Those rights last well beyond 30 days and we honor them.

11.2 United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the same 14-day cancellation right described above, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires digital content to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, with remedies of repair, replacement, or a price reduction if it is not. As above, our 30-day policy is more generous than the cancellation right, and the Consumer Rights Act remedies apply regardless of how long ago you bought.

11.3 Australia

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; for a failure that is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time. Those rights are not limited by the 30-day window in §2.2 or by §3.

11.4 Everywhere else

If your country gives you a cooling-off period, a statutory warranty, or any other consumer right stronger than this policy, that right applies in addition to it, and this policy does not waive it. If you are unsure, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue about which rule governs.

11.5 Where this policy stands

This Refund Policy governs refund eligibility. If it and the Terms of Service ever differ on that subject, this policy wins.

12. Frequently Asked Questions

I purchased on iOS — can you refund me?

No, but Apple can. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use Settings → [your name] → App Store → Purchase History on your device. Apple's refund policy is reasonable and they handle most legitimate requests.

I purchased on the web — can I get a refund if I just didn't use it?

Yes, within 30 days of your purchase date. After that, no — but see Section 3.1 for cases we still consider.

What if I can't find my purchase email?

Email goforshowio@gmail.com from any address — describe roughly when you bought and we'll find your account.

Can I get a refund because a feature is missing?

Within 30 days (web only), yes. After that, no — but let us know what you need. We ship updates regularly and prioritize user feedback.

What if the software stops working after 30 days?

Contact support first. If it's a bug, we'll fix it. If it's a fundamental issue we can't resolve, we may grant a refund even outside the window.

Can I get a refund if I accidentally purchased twice?

Yes. Email us immediately and we'll refund the duplicate. (On iOS this is rare because Apple prevents repurchasing a non-consumable product you already own — you'll see a "already purchased" prompt with a free restore instead.)

What if my bank already refunded me via chargeback?

If you filed a chargeback and won, your Pro license is revoked and you'll be banned from future purchases. We always prefer you talk to us first.
