Turn a stage plot into an X32 scene file

Build your stage plot once in load·in, then export it as a native X32/M32 .scn file — the same scene your desk's own editor opens, with channel names, colors, and icons already set.

load·in input list and stage plot screen

Steps

  1. Build or import the plot. Start from a rider, a photo, a typed list, or build the stage plot directly in load·in.
  2. Check channel order and names. What's in the input list is what writes to the scene — confirm it before export.
  3. Export as X32/M32 scene. Choose the native console export and pick X32 or M32; load·in writes a .scn file.
  4. Load it on the desk or in X32-Edit. Open the exported .scn on the console or in the official editor and confirm it before the show.

X32/M32 native export is free, with no sign-in required, on every load·in plan.

Because the X32/M32 workflow is free with no sign-in required, it's worth building the habit of exporting the scene early in advance of a show, not the night before.

FAQ

What does the X32 scene carry?

Channel names, colors, icons, and the fields load·in states as supported for this workflow — see /consoles/behringer-x32/ for the full field list.

Does this work for X-Air and WING too?

Yes — X-Air and WING are separate native workflows under the same family; WING uses its own .snap format, not .scn.

Do I need to buy Pro?

No. Native X32/M32 scene export is part of the Free tier.
