An Individual license covers one named person, on as many of their own devices as they like. It follows you between jobs — it does not belong to an employer.

$19.99 one-time for your first desk, with Soundcheck and Pro; add more desks any time for $6.99 each. Everything is $19.99 a month or $99 a year, with every desk family and Soundcheck while you are subscribed; your first month buys your first desk. If your desk won’t load the file, we refund you — support. Pro bought before desk unlocks covers every desk. Restore purchases with the purchasing platform account. Making or reading a console file needs a connection; your plot and saved .show projects work offline.
A seat is one person, or one lab machine, using load·in under your organization's licence. Your admin hands out seats with an invite code — anyone who enters it joins your organization, up to the seat count below. Unlike Individual Pro, this is a subscription that renews automatically each year until the admin cancels — email goforshowio@gmail.com any time to cancel.
Need something the plans below don’t cover — a different term, seat count or campus setup? We’re open to custom arrangements for organizations: email goforshowio@gmail.com.

Billed once a year to the admin's card on file. An admin needs an Individual licence first — get one here — then starts the organization from that licence. Seats stop working if the yearly charge fails. Paying by invoice does not need an admin licence — a school or company can start with just a name and a billing email.
