load·in is fully functional for free. Pro removes the limits on saved plots and exports, adds cloud sync, and includes supported console format updates.

  The free tier allows up to 3 saved plots. Pro removes this limit entirely. Save as many plots as you need — one per venue, one per tour, one per artist.

  PDF, PNG, and console file exports are watermark-free on Pro. Your stage plots look completely professional with no branding overlay.

  Cloud Sync

  Your plots sync automatically across all your devices. Build on your laptop, review on your tablet at the venue, make last-minute changes on your phone. Everything stays in sync.

  Shareable Links

  Generate a URL that anyone can open to view your stage plot. No download required, no login needed. Just send the link to your production manager, the house tech, or the tour manager.

  Console File Export

  X32, M32, and X-Air native scene export is free on every tier. Pro adds native console files for every other supported desk: Behringer WING, Yamaha CL/QL/DM3/RIVAGE PM, DiGiCo SD series, Avid VENUE S6L, Allen & Heath SQ, and Allen & Heath dLive. Supported workflows expand conservatively through tested updates.

  DAW Template Export

  Export labeled, ordered recording-session templates from your input list so multitrack sessions start with the same channel names and order as the show file.

How to Upgrade

1. In load·in, tap the upgrade prompt when it appears, or go to the Files tab and look for the upgrade option.
2. On iPhone and iPad, subscribe through the App Store purchase sheet or use Restore Purchases if you already subscribed with the same Apple ID.
3. On the web app, subscribe through the secure web checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe — load·in never sees your card details.
4. load·in Pro is a one-time $99 purchase — yours forever. Current pricing is shown before purchase.
5. Pro unlocks immediately after purchase or restore. Web subscriptions may also use license recovery tied to the purchase email.

Web License Recovery

License keys are for web subscriptions and web recovery. On iPhone and iPad, use Restore Purchases from the Files tab instead.

1. Open the web app and go to the Files tab.
2. Tap Enter License Key.
3. Type or paste your key.
4. The app verifies it and unlocks Pro features immediately.

Lost Your Key?

If you purchased Pro but cannot find your license key, recovery is simple:

1. In load·in, go to the Files tab.
2. Tap Lost Your Key?
3. Enter the email address you used when you purchased Pro.
4. Your license key will be sent to that email address.
