load·in includes core planning and native X32/M32-compatible console files at no charge. The $99 one-time Pro purchase removes saved-plot and document limits and unlocks additional supported console workflows, DAW templates, and Pro export tools.

  The free tier allows up to 3 saved plots. Pro removes this limit entirely. Save as many plots as you need — one per venue, one per tour, one per artist.

  PDF, PNG, and console file exports are watermark-free on Pro. Your stage plots look completely professional with no branding overlay.

  Portable .show Projects

  Save and reopen the same project in the PWA or iOS app, with optional password protection for sensitive show information.

  Console File Export

  X32/M32 native scene import and export are free on every tier. Pro adds the supported paid console workflows for Behringer X-Air and WING, Yamaha CL/QL/DM3/RIVAGE PM, DiGiCo SD series, Avid VENUE S6L, Allen & Heath SQ, and Allen & Heath dLive. The export preview states what each selected workflow writes and leaves out.

  DAW Template Export

  Export labeled, ordered recording-session templates from your input list so multitrack sessions start with the same channel names and order as the show file.

How to Upgrade

1. In load·in, tap the upgrade prompt when it appears, or go to the File tab and look for the upgrade option.
2. On iPhone and iPad, buy Pro through the App Store purchase sheet or use Restore purchases if you already bought it with the same Apple ID.
3. On the web app, buy Pro through the secure web checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe — load·in never sees your card details.
4. load·in Pro is a one-time $99 purchase with no subscription or recurring charge. Current pricing is shown before purchase.
5. Pro unlocks immediately after purchase or restore. Web purchases can also use license recovery tied to the purchase email.

Web License Recovery

License keys are for web purchases and web recovery. On iPhone and iPad, use Restore purchases from the File tab instead.

1. Open the web app and go to the File tab.
2. Tap Enter key.
3. Type or paste your key.
4. The app verifies it and unlocks Pro features immediately.

Lost Your Key?

If you purchased Pro but cannot find your license key, recovery is simple:

1. In load·in, go to the File tab.
2. Tap Lost your key?
3. Enter the email address you used when you purchased Pro.
4. Your license key will be sent to that email address.
